2. Acknowledge the things that are changing

3. Self-reflecting, keeping in mind that even good change can bring stress and anxiety.

4. Try to eat healthy and clean.

5. Exercise regularly

6. Write down or look up positive affirmations and write them down pertaining to the positive things that come with this change.

7. Build a strong support system
